Fourth Baltic Champions Cup win for Estonia

This weekend, the fourth edition of the Baltic Champions Cup was held at Saaremaa Golf & Country Club, with the best players of different age groups from different countries taking part. Unfortunately, this time the Lithuanian team did not participate, but for the first time the competition was held as a two-day event, with foursomes on the first day and individual match play on the second. After the opening day, the Estonian team took the lead 5:1 and on the second day the Latvians were not given a chance either. The final score was 16:2. Results.

Estonia was represented by Iiris Mätas, Elizaveta Sofia Reemet, Triin Marleen Ustal, Getter Saaroja, Anneli Esken, Ulvi Ingver, Rauno Pikk, Ralf Johan Kivi, Cristofer Herman, Martin Järve, Benno Maaring and Toomas Tamme.

Next year the tournament will be held again in Latvia, as the tournament rotates every year between all the Baltic countries.
