Committee of rules, HCP and CR (RHCR)

The Committee’s purpose is to help golfers with different questions connected to golf rules. Moreover, to help referees with WHS HCP system, course slope’s and solve issues about rating. The Committee helps to resolve complaints that have not been solved by member clubs or competition committees.
