Three Estonians in the top ten in Finland
All three Estonians who made the cut at the Finnish Amateur Open finished in the top ten. Kevin Christopher Jegers, who had a score of 71 on the final day, finished with a total of -2 and shared fourth place. Carl Hellat, who also shot 71, moved into a shared tenth place with Ken-Marten Soo, with 75 on the final day. Both scored +3 overall.
Arto Pehkonen earned the win with a birdie in the play-off to take his three-day score to -4. Results
Summing up the tournament, Jegers said: “A couple of small mistakes I made around the greens ended up costing me but I’m still happy with my game and how I managed to avoid the big mistakes.”
