Egeti Liiv, the coach who was at the tournament, said about the last day: “The close game on the grid was good but on a couple of holes bad shots came with a little bit of bad luck: overall the game and the feel of the grips got better and better every day.
Ralf’s shots were good. Isabel’s shots were unsteady and she had bad luck. The only luck was used on the 8th hole where a 20 meter birdie putt went in. Elizaveta’s tee shots were the best of the three days of the competition, putts went in nicely and pars were saved.”
Kangust, who showed his best game on the final day, said: “It was the first big tournament outside Estonia, so I was nervous. I can be satisfied with the results. At the beginning I had difficulties with the near game because the greens are fast and I’m not used to them. It was very interesting to see how the leaders played and I had a lot to learn.”
